Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We regularly run free shipping promotions — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Shipping Origin

Orders are fulfilled by our global fulfillment partners and shipped internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping availability and costs for international orders are displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
