Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, or if they have been used after delivery.
